Join us as we celebrate and affirm the teachings and ideals of Dr. King, and honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the cause of social justice. Featured speaker: Michael Strickland, adjunct faculty at BSU, Founder of Human Rights Collective Inc. and publisher of Young People’s Pavilion. Topic: “The Promise of Democracy”
Admission for Breakfast is $10 and donations above that amount are gratefully accepted. Contributions from this fundraiser will be used to provide human rights and diversity programs for area schools and communities. Help us fulfill our mission: to work for a just and inclusive society by helping to protect and advance human rights for all.
